These Copy Trading Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the copy trading services offered by INVIDIATRADE LTD a company incorporated in Saint Lucia (the “Company”) license number 2025-00594, with its registered address at Robin Kelton Bldg, Choc Bay, Castries, Saint Lucia.

By accessing or using the copy trading functionality through the Company’s trading platform, website, or mobile application (the “Platform”), the client (“Client”, “Follower”, or “You”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

These terms form an integral part of the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Risk Disclosure

COPY TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
   These Copy Trading Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the copy trading functionality offered by INVIDIATRADE LTD (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of Saint Lucia with registered address at Robin Kelton Bldg, Choc Bay, Castries, Saint Lucia.
   These Terms form an integral part of the Company’s:
   • Client Agreement
   • Risk Disclosure
   • Privacy Policy
   • Platform Terms of Use
   By accessing or using the Company’s copy trading services through the Company’s trading platform, website or mobile application (the “Platform”), the user (“Client”, “Follower”, “Trader” or “You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
   
   

2. Definitions
   Copy Trading
   A trading functionality that allows Clients to automatically replicate the trading activity of other traders on the Platform.
   
   Trader (Signal Provider)
   A Client whose trading activity may be made available to other Clients for copying.
   
   Follower (Copier)
   A Client who elects to automatically replicate the trading activity of a Trader.
   
   Ranking System
   A system displaying Traders based on performance metrics including profitability, drawdown, trading consistency, and other criteria determined by the Company.
   
   Allocated Funds
   The portion of a Client’s trading account designated for copy trading.
   
   

3. Nature of the Copy Trading Service
   The Company provides a technology service allowing Clients to replicate trades executed by other Traders.
   
   The Company:
   • does not provide investment advice
   • does not guarantee profitability
   • does not endorse any Trader
   
   Copy trading allows Clients to:
   • select Traders to follow
   • allocate funds to copy strategies
   • adjust risk parameters
   • stop copying at any time
   
   Once enabled, trades may be executed automatically without further confirmation from the Client.
   
   

4. Trader Profiles and Rankings
   The Platform may publicly display certain Trader information including:
   • username or profile name
   • performance statistics
   • historical returns
   • number of followers
   • trading frequency
   • maximum drawdown
   • risk score
   The Company may publish leaderboards or ranking systems based on proprietary criteria.
   Such rankings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or recommendations.
   Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
   
   

5. Becoming a Trader (Signal Provider)
   Clients may apply to become Traders subject to approval by the Company.
   By participating as a Trader, the Client agrees that:
   • their performance metrics may be publicly displayed
   • their strategies may be copied by other Clients
   • the Company may rank or remove Traders at its discretion
   
   The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove Trader profiles at any time.
   
   

6. Participation as a Follower
   Clients choosing to copy a Trader acknowledge and agree that:
   • trading positions will be automatically replicated
   • execution prices may differ due to market conditions
   • copied trades may be executed with delays or slippage
   
   Clients remain fully responsible for:
   • selecting Traders to copy
   • determining the amount of allocated funds
   • monitoring their trading activity.
   
   Clients may stop copying a Trader at any time.
   
   

7. Execution of Copied Trades
   The Platform attempts to replicate trades proportionally based on allocated funds.
   However, execution may differ due to:
   • market volatility
   • liquidity conditions
   • execution latency
   • account size differences
   • minimum trade size restrictions.
   
   The Company does not guarantee identical execution prices or results.
   
   

8. Fees and Compensation
   The Company may charge fees including:
   • performance fees
   • management fees
   • subscription fees
   • spreads or commissions.
   
   Traders may receive a share of performance fees generated by Followers where applicable.
   Full fee details are published on the Platform.
   
   

9. Risk Disclosure
   Trading financial instruments including:
   • Forex
   • CFDs
   • Cryptocurrencies
   • Commodities
   • Indices
   • Equities
   involves a high level of risk.
   Copy trading does not remove trading risk.
   Clients may lose all or part of their investment.
   Traders available on the Platform may engage in high-risk trading strategies.
   
   The Company does not guarantee:
   • profits
   • risk control by Traders
   • continued availability of Traders.
   
   

10. Conflict of Interest
    The Company may have financial arrangements with Traders or may compensate Traders for participation in the Platform.
    The Company may also rank Traders based on proprietary algorithms.
    Such arrangements may create potential conflicts of interest.
    
    

11. Limitation of Liability
    The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from:
    • copying any Trader
    • trading decisions of Traders
    • platform delays or technical failures
    • market volatility
    • slippage or execution differences.
    
    All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
    
    

12. Suspension or Termination
    The Company may suspend or terminate copy trading services where:
    • these Terms are breached
    • fraud or abuse is suspected
    • required by law or regulation.
    
    

13. Amendments
    The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
    Updated Terms will be published on the Platform.
    Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
    
    

14. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia.
    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
    
    

15. Acceptance
    By enabling copy trading functionality, the Client confirms that they:
    • have read these Terms
    • understand the risks
    • agree to be bound by them.
